Staying here with our family, including our dog, was a delight! The food and drinks at the restaurant were fantastic, and we particularly enjoyed visiting the Ice Rink in Triangle Park-such a fun way to bond with the kids. The staff went above and beyond!
In my wife’s opinion, the room layout could be improved for better space utilization. More family-friendly activities would be great.

I had an amazing experience! The staff, from the valets to the front desk, were exceptionally friendly and professional, which made our visit memorable. The downtown hotel has a really cool art museum on the first and second floors. The room I had was clean with a private bathroom and nice shower. There’s also a fitness center available. The staff were friendly and quick to help. We parked in the valet service which was prompt. Great food options close by.

The 21C Museum Hotel really impressed me. The artwork throughout the hotel captured my interest. The Corner King Room had spacious layouts, modern decor, and a heated bathroom floor that felt luxurious. The location in downtown is perfect for exploring local restaurants and events. I particularly enjoyed the attentive staff who made us feel welcome. However, the valet parking felt slightly pricey. During my stay, I noticed no diet sodas in the mini bar, which was a disappointment as a diabetic. Overall, the stay was memorable with just a few minor hitches.
